Ranks
Below you will find our ranks and how to earn them. Merits considered include, but are not limited to, activity in guild, dedication, attendance at guild meetings, contributions to the guild and it's members. Ultimately, remember: No good deed goes unnoticed. If you are dedicated to this guild, it will show and be rewarded.
Hatchling: Entry Rank. No Pre-requisite.
Scragly Chick: Alt of an established Member
Firebird: Member. 2 weeks active in guild.
Phoenix: Impressive Member. Decided by leadership based on merits.
Favored of the Gods: Senior Member. Decided by leadership based on merits.
Heavenly Being: Recruiter. Officer vote
Holy counsel: Officer. Leader-Appointed
Sun God/Goddess: Leader-Appointed
Promotion Guidelines
- After 30 days of inactivity, a member shall be removed from the guild. Removed members may petition to be reinstated.
- A recruit who is still on probation and is offline for 10 days will be removed for inactivity.
- An exception to the removal policy may be made for alts, members who have notified leadership of an extended absence, or on a case by case basis determined by the Gods.
- Members are required to notify of an extended absence to maintain their rank. Officers may be notified of an absence through the guild forums, Voice Chat, a message in their personal notes, or in-game mail or chat.
- Members who bring their alts into the guild must put their main's name in their personal notes in order to get promoted to the alt rank.
Banking
Members are welcome to remove items from the bank for their own use. Guild Bank items are for guild members only. Do not withdraw items for members outside the guild or to sell. Such action is cause for removal from the guild. If you remove something from the guild bank, please replace it. If you cannot make a fair exchange, please let someone in the leadership know and we will find another way for you to earn it.
Guild Bank 1 is used to hold items that guild members can use. Members are welcome to remove items for use as needed.
Guild Banks 2 is the place for members to place high priced items they are donating to the guild.
Guild Bank 3 holds rare materials and other items that can be purchased at half Freeport broker value.
Guild Bank 4 Hold Masters and Fabled gear which can be purchased at half Freeport broker value.
Guild Meeting
We have started holding weekly Guild Get Together every Sunday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. We gather in East Freeport on the docks near the broker.
Our hope in this is that we will bond closer as a guild as well as provide a fun weekly event everyone will enjoy. We'll update you on happenings in the guild, hand out some goodies, and follow it up with an event to do as a guild. It's an opportunity to bond as a guild, have some fun, ask some questions, and propose ideas.
